# Illinois SB 129 (95th) — CONTROLLED SUB-FENTANYL
Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Establishes penalties for the knowing manufacture or delivery of, or possession with intent to manufacture or deliver, fentanyl. Provides that 3 years shall be added to the term of imprisonment and the maximum sentence shall be increased by 3 years if the substance containing a controlled substance contains any amount of fentanyl (except for violations in which the controlled substance is fentanyl).
