# Illinois SB 1314 (95th) — DAY LABOR-TRANSPORTATION FEE
|
||
|
||
Amends the Day and Temporary Labor Services Act. Provides that a day and temporary labor service agency or a third party client or a contractor or agent of either may charge a fee to transport a day or temporary laborer to or from a designated work site of up to 4% of the straight time daily wages earned for transportation to a work site and 4% of the straight time daily wages earned for transportation from the work site back to the agency's office.
