# Illinois SB 233 (95th) — IDPH-MRSA-HOSPITAL SCREEN/REPT
Creates the MRSA Screening and Reporting Act and amends the Hospital Licensing Act. Requires every hospital to establish a methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus (MRSA) control program, and sets forth items that must be included in such a program.
