# Illinois SB 2785 (95th) — CRIME VICTIMS-NGRI

Amends the Rights of Crime Victims and Witnesses Act. Provides that the office of the State's Attorney shall, upon the court entering a verdict of not guilty by reason of insanity, inform the victim of the notification services available from the Department of Human Services, including the statewide telephone number.
