# Illinois SB 381 (95th) — MHDD-REIMBURSEMENT

||

||
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Administrative Act. Provides that the Department of Human Services shall reimburse providers of community-based residential programs in which no more than 4 persons with developmental disabilities reside together and in which each person has his or her own private bedroom.
