Provides that with the court order for evaluation shall be sent a copy of the arrest report, criminal charges, arrest record, jail record, and any report of the defendant's psychiatric evaluation. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 386 (95th) — CRIM PRO-FITNESS, INSANITY
