# Illinois SB 531 (95th) — TRUSTS-SMALL TRUST TERMINATE

Amends the Trusts and Trustees Act. Permits a trustee to terminate a trust if it has a market value of less than $100,000 and the costs of continuing the trust will substantially impair the purpose of the trust.
