# Illinois HB 3843 (96th) — MNTL HLTH-RECIPIENT RECORDS

Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Confidentiality Act. Changes reference from the Abused and Neglected Long Term Care Facility Residents Reporting Act to the Department of Human Services Act.
