# Illinois HB 571 (96th) — DCEO-FEDERAL STIMULUS REPORT

||
|
||
Amends the Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department to track and report monthly concerning Illinois' share of federal stimulus spending enacted in response to the economic recession that began in December 2007. Requires recommendations to maximize Illinois' share. Sets forth the requirements of the reports.
