# Illinois HB 6152 (96th) — PEN CD-ART. 3-GLEN CARBON
Amends the Pension Code. Allows a person employed by the Village of Glen Carbon who is otherwise qualified to participate under the Article and was excluded from participation by reason of his or her failure to make written application to the Board to participate and to establish creditable service for periods of employment as a police officer during which he or she did not participate. Amends the State Mandates Act to require implementation without reimbursement. Effective immediately.
