# Illinois SB 1341 (96th) — COURT COSTS FINES

||

||
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code, Clerks of Courts Act, and the Unified Code of Corrections to provide that any person who receives court supervision shall pay an additional fee of $30 (instead of $20). Provides that any person who receives a disposition of court supervision for a Vehicle Code violation or a similar local ordinance shall pay an additional fee of $30 (instead of $20).
