# Illinois SB 1389 (96th) — CORPORATIONS-NO CERTIFICATE

Amends the Library Incorporation Act, the State Housing Act, the Neighborhood Redevelopment Corporation Law, the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, the Co-operative Act, and the Cemetery Association Act.
