# Illinois SB 1586 (96th) — VEH CD-SALVAGE VEH-PRIVATE OWN
Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Requires applicants for a certificate of title for a rebuilt vehicle that have personally rebuilt or supervised the rebuild of the vehicle to sign a written affirmation stating that the applicant is a licensed rebuilder (rather than providing no requirement that the applicant to be a licensed rebuilder).
