# Illinois SB 1623 (96th) — LOTTERY-SPECIALTY RETAILER LIC

||
Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Requires the Division of the Lottery to establish a special classification of retailer license to facilitate the year-round sale of the special instant scratch-off game for the benefit of Illinois veterans. Exempts these licensees from licensure fees.
