# Illinois SB 2289 (96th) — DEBT COLLECTION BUREAU

||

||
Amends the Illinois State Collection Act of 1986. Eliminates the Debt Collection Board. Provides that the write off of uncollectible debt must be in accordance with the Uncollected State Claims Act.
