# Illinois SB 2542 (96th) — UNIFORM ATHLETE AGENTS ACT

Creates the Uniform Athlete Agents Act. Requires agents for student athletes to register with the Department of Professional Regulation and establishes registration procedures, criteria, and requirements for these athlete agents.
