Makes changes in provisions concerning definitions, license or registration renewal, renewal of technician certification, violations, notification, and penalty. Makes other changes. Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 2602 (96th) — STRUCTURAL PEST CONTROL ACT

Amends the Structural Pest Control Act. Defines "person" to also mean any public school or any licensed day care center.
