# Illinois SB 2802 (96th) — BUSINESS ENTERPRISE-EXTEND
Amends the Business Enterprise for Minorities, Females, and Persons with Disabilities Act. Extends the repeal of the Act from June 30, 2010 to June 30, 2012. Effective immediately.
