# Illinois SB 2807 (96th) — SOS-BUSINESS ENTITIES-AGENT
Amends the Business Corporation Act of 1983, the General Not For Profit Corporation Act of 1986, and the Limited Liability Company Act. Provides that the registered agent of a business or not-for-profit corporation may be a limited liability company, limited partnership, or limited liability partnership.
