# Illinois SB 3012 (96th) — ELECTIONS-PETITION FILING TIME
|
||

||
Amends the Election Code. Requires that nomination petitions be filed not more than 106 days and not less than 102 days before a primary election or consolidated election (now, not more than 99 days and not less than 92 days before a general primary election and not more than 78 days and not less than 71 days before a consolidated primary election or consolidated election).
