# Illinois SB 3087 (96th) — CORRECTIONAL BUDGET-JUV JUST
|
||
|
||
Amends the Correctional Budget and Impact Note Act. Provides that a Correctional Budget and Impact Note must be affixed to a bill that creates a new criminal offense for which a commitment to the Department of Juvenile Justice may be imposed.
