# Illinois SB 3778 (96th) — IIPD-TRANSFER OF PROPERTY

||

||
Amends the Chicago Park District Act and the Illinois International Port District Act. Requires the transfer of a specified parcel of land from the Illinois International Port District to the Chicago Park District for recreational and conservation purposes (40 acres on the eastern shore of Lake Calumet).
