Provides that \"employer\" includes the Office of the Regional Transportation Authority Inspector General. Effective immediately."

Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides for the appointment of a Chicago Transit Authority Inspector General for a 4-year term for the purpose of detection and prevention of fraud and mismanagement in the Chicago Transit Authority.
