Effective immediately."

# Illinois SB 40 (96th) — DISABLED HIRING INCENTIVES

||

||
Amends the Department of Central Management Services Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Requires the Department of Central Management Services, in cooperation with the Department of Human Services, to develop and implement plans to increase the number of individuals with a disability employed by State government and to submit an annual report.
