# Illinois HB 1379 (97th) — REGISTER TITLES-TORRENS-REPEAL
Amends the Registered Titles (Torrens) Act. Provides that the Act is repealed on January 1, 2014 (rather than July 1, 2037). Effective January 1, 2012.
