# Illinois HB 1524 (97th) — MHDD CD-QUALIFIED EXAMINER

||

||
Amends the Mental Health and Developmental Disabilities Code. Provides that no respondent may be found subject to involuntary admission on an inpatient or outpatient basis unless at least one psychiatrist, clinical social worker, clinical psychologist, or qualified examiner (rather than at least one psychiatrist, clinical social worker, or clinical psychologist) who has examined the respondent (rather than who has examined him) testifies in person at the hearing.
