# Illinois HB 1760 (97th) — METRO WATER RECLAMATION DIST

||
Amends the Metropolitan Water Reclamation District Act. In provisions concerning promotional examinations, authorizes the director of a sanitary district to require candidates to separately pass the efficiency and seniority parts of a promotional examination.
