# Illinois HB 2056 (97th) — EPA-HOUSEHOLD PHARMACEUTICALS

||
Amends the State Finance Act to create the Household Pharmaceutical Disposal Fund as a special fund in the State treasury. Amends the Environmental Protection Act.
