# Illinois HB 212 (97th) — MUNI CD-BUSINESS CORRIDOR

||

||
Amends the Illinois Municipal Code. Provides that 2 adjoining disadvantaged municipalities may form a business corridor by intergovernmental agreement. Defines "disadvantaged municipality".
