# Illinois HB 2902 (97th) — ELECTRIC VEHICLE ADOPTION ACT

Creates the Electric Vehicle Adoption Act. Authorizes the Governor to appoint an Electric Vehicle Coordinator for the State of Illinois who will act as the point person for electric vehicle related policies and activities in the State.
