# Illinois HB 2917 (97th) — CONTROLLED SUBSTANCES-DISPENSE
Amends the Illinois Controlled Substances Act. Changes defined terms. Makes numerous changes relating to the scheduling, prescribing, and dispensing of controlled substances. Changes the list of anabolic steroids. Adds various substances to the Schedules. Permits an authorized prescriber to issue electronic prescriptions for Schedule II through V controlled substances if done in accordance with federal rules.
