# Illinois HB 2972 (97th) — REVENUE-LOTTERY-CREDIT CARD

Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Provides that the Division of the State Lottery of the Department of Revenue may (now, shall) suspend the license of any lottery sales agency who fails to file a return, to pay the tax, penalty, or interest shown in a filed return, or to pay any final assessment of tax, penalty, or interest.
