# Illinois HB 3273 (97th) — VETERANS MONUMENT PROTECTION

||

||
Creates the Veterans' Monument Protection Act. Prohibits any business or recyclable metal dealer, as defined in the Recyclable Metal Purchase Registration Law, to purchase, accept, or give anything of value in exchange for any metal taken from the grave marker of a veteran.
