# Illinois HB 3281 (97th) — SCH CD-SUSPEND/EXPEL-ELEC THRT
Amends the School Code. Provides that the gross disobedience or misconduct for which a school board (except Chicago) may expel pupils includes that perpetuated by electronic means.
