# Illinois HB 5315 (97th) — OPEN MTG-ALTERNATIVE TRAINING
Amends the Open Meetings Act. Authorizes a commissioner of a drainage district or a director of a soil and water conservation district to satisfy the training requirements of the Act through an alternative training arrangement. Sets forth requirements for the alternative course of training. Effective immediately.
