# Illinois SB 1213 (97th) — MERCURY SWITCHES & AMALGAMS

||

||
Amends the Environmental Protection Act. Redefines "mercury switch" to include a mercury-containing product or device that makes, breaks, or changes a connection in an electrical circuit.
