# Illinois SB 1336 (97th) — IDOT-REPURPOSED VEHICLES-CMS

||
|
||
Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that whenever the Department of Transportation shall replace any used vehicle, it shall first notify and give the Department of Central Management Services the opportunity to receive the vehicles by inter-agency equipment transfer.
