# Illinois SB 1794 (97th) — SCH CD-LEG ADVIS-CHI COMM-MISC
Amends the School Code. Makes changes concerning the legal adviser of school officers. Repeals Sections concerning visiting charitable institutions, information furnished by regional superintendents, and alcohol and substance abuse education and prevention programs. Repeals the Chicago Community Schools Study Commission Act.
