# Illinois SB 1824 (97th) — DISSOL-LIFE INS-MAINTENANCE

||
|
||
Amends the Illinois Marriage and Dissolution of Marriage Act. Provides that life insurance benefits deemed to be marital property must be allocated equitably between the parties by the court.
