# Illinois SB 2536 (97th) — PROBATE-PUBLIC ADMIN-RECORDS
Amends the Probate Act of 1975. Provides that in counties with a population in excess of 1,000,000 inhabitants, a public administrator shall retain his or her records pursuant to the Local Records Act (instead of deposit records of discharged cases with the circuit court clerk).
