# Illinois SB 3693 (97th) — CRIME VICTIMS-COURT OF CLAIMS

Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that when a victim's out-of-pocket expenses have been paid under the Crime Victims Compensation Act, the court shall order restitution to be paid to the compensation program. Amends the Crime Victims Compensation Act. Adds to the definition of "crime of violence" certain offenses under the Criminal Code of 1961 relating to the death of an unborn child, the Stalking No Contact Order Act, the Civil No Contact Order Act, and the Illinois Vehicle Code.
