Provides that any person seeking to perform construction, installation, modification, or repair of a swimming facility must be licensed by the Department of Public Health. Makes other changes. Effective January 1, 2013."

# Illinois SB 3727 (97th) — SWIM FACIL-DESIGNER-CONTRACTOR

Amends the Swimming Facility Act. Makes changes to certain definitions. Makes changes to provisions concerning licenses to operate, permits for construction or major alteration, license renewal, and payment of fees.
