Effective January 1, 2013."

# Illinois SB 3727 (97th) — SWIM FACIL-DESIGNER-CONTRACTOR

Amends the Swimming Facility Act. Makes changes to certain definitions. Makes changes to provisions concerning licenses to operate, permits for construction or major alteration, license renewal, and payment of fees.
