# Illinois HB 181 (98th) — CD CORR-CHILD PORN FEE
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections relating to the additional child pornography fine. Provides that if Department of State Police officers investigated the case that gave rise to the conviction of the defendant for child pornography, the additional fine shall be remitted by the circuit clerk within one month after receipt to the State Treasurer for deposit into the State Crime Laboratory Fund.
