# Illinois HB 2471 (98th) — CRIM PRO VICTIM PRIVACY
|
||
|
||
Amends the Privacy of Child Victims of Criminal Sexual Offenses Act. Changes the Act's short title to include human trafficking. Applies Act to forensic interviews and criminal cases in which the defendant is charged with certain specified offenses.
