# Illinois HB 4579 (98th) — DHS-DEPT AMBASSADORS
Amends the Department of Human Services Act to provide that, subject to appropriation, as part of a pilot program, the Department shall designate one or more officials or employees to serve as Department Ambassador. Provides that Department Ambassadors shall serve as a liaison between the Department and the public and shall have certain duties. Effective immediately.
