# Illinois HB 5703 (98th) — NURS HM-ANONYMOUS COMPLAINTS

Amends the Nursing Home Care Act. Provides that a complaint regarding an alleged violation of the Nursing Home Care Act may be transmitted to the Department of Public Health by electronic means.
