# Illinois HB 5824 (98th) — 23RD JUDICIAL CIR JUDGESHIPS
Amends the Circuit Courts Act, the Judicial Vacancies Act, and the Associate Judges Act. Converts the first vacant 23rd circuit associate judgeship into a resident judgeship from DeKalb County in the 23rd circuit.
