# Illinois SB 1192 (98th) — CD CORR-JUVENILE AFTERCARE
|
||

||
Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that a person committed to the Department of Juvenile Justice after adjudication as a delinquent minor shall as a condition of parole either: (1) report to an agent of the Department of Corrections; or (2) report to an aftercare specialist of the Department of Juvenile Justice.
