Illinois SB 1194 (98th) — INSURANCE NAVIGATOR ACT
Creates the Insurance Navigator Licensing Act. Provides that no individual or entity shall perform, offer to perform, or advertise any service as a navigator in this State or receive navigator funding from the State or an exchange unless licensed as a navigator by the Director of Insurance under the Act.
