# Illinois SB 1213 (98th) — JUV JUSTICE-DUTIES

Amends the State Employee Indemnification Act. Provides that the term "employee" includes an individual or organization which contracts with the Department of Juvenile Justice to provide services. Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 relating to the placement of minors requiring authoritative intervention.
